NDL(R) Valve Interlock
The NDL(R) is suitable for fitting to all types of ¼ turn valves used in the chemical loading process.
The NDL(R) is designed to operate as part of an integrated safety system - Controlling the operation of valves in safety critical applications. The operation of the valve is controlled by the insertion or retraction of coded keys specific to that valve. Insertion of the ‘start’ key will allow the rotation of the lever to the open/close position or to divert in the case of a 3-way valve. This key will remain trapped whilst the valve is in this position and allow the removal of a second key to lock the valve in position and to continue the interlocking sequence to the dosing point cabinet door.

BLDR(1) Door Interlock
The BLDR1 is suitable for fitting to all types of hinged door used in dosing cabinets or fill-point enclosures.
The BLDR1 is designed to operate as part of an integrated safety system. Once the Bund valve has been operated to the divert position, the BLDR1’s operating key is released from the NDL(R). The uniquely coded key is then taken to the BLRD1 lock fitted to the dosing point cabinet and inserted and turned. The locking bolt can now be released and access gained to the hose connection point. Whilst the door remains open, the key remains trapped, thus preventing any return to the valve.
